LARISSA Manager & Administrator My name is Larissa Husarewych. I am originally from Toronto and moved to London in the spring of 2004.At this time, Dina took me on to be part of the Hollywood Tan team. Over the 7 years I have been working at Hollywood Tan I have been able to work while obtaining a high level of education. I have completed my Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources at Queen’s University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Western Ontario. As Hollywood Tan’s Manager and Administrator I am responsible for managing employee scheduling, creating and overseeing sales incentive programs, recruiting Hollywood Tan staff, tracking and reviewing employee performance, organizing staff meetings, managing vendor relations, and creating and implementing ongoing marketing projects. After almost 7 years at Hollywood Tan I can confidently say that having Dina as my boss, working with such a supportive team of girls, and establishing strong relationships with both the people I work with and the customers of Hollywood Tan, are the reasons why Hollywood Tan continues to be a great place to work.
